We do not accept returns, for any reason whatsoever, after the returns period has lapsed. This does not affect your legal rights against the seller.
General Terms of Use for Seller Marketplace Platform
- Order Confirmation and Payment:
- All sellers use product funds to purchase goods directly from suppliers. Upon successful delivery to the customer, sellers receive 25% of the total profit per order.
- Order Processing Timeframe:
- All sellers must complete order processing within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Transaction Currency:
- As a cross-border e-commerce platform, all transactions are settled in Singapore dollars.
- Age and Real-Name Verification:
- Sellers must be at least 18 years old and complete real-name verification. Subsequent platform withdrawals require fund transfers based on the verified name.
